    Hey!

    Sudden mild turn in the weather...58F! Felt so good stayed out longer.........45 minutes walk 5K!

    Till tomorrow.

      I think I forgot to say in the previous thread that Sun was a rest day.

      Today I've got to clean up this darn apartment because its quite a mess after not doing a thing this weekend cuz I felt yucky. I'm hoping to also get my WATP vid done but we'll see.

      I'll check back again later today.

              I went to the gym. Woohoo for me.

              I worked with the freeweights 3 reps of 8 each exercise, 5 minute fittest on the treadmill and 5 minutes on the cross trainer. I had already worked my heart up into a frenzy and couldn't do any more than that.

              Can't wait to go back.

                After the housework I was too darn tired and sore to do the WATP vid so I'm claiming the housework as my exercise today.

                        I have been away to a training workshop for 5 days, it was short notice as someone dropped out.

                        Thursday 24th - no exercise apart from driving for 8 hours - Ugh
                        Friday - 25 minute walk
                        Saturday - 25 minute walk
                        Sunday - 35 minute very brisk walk
                        Monday - as Thursday
                        Today (Tuesday 29th to date) 20 mins air walker, plan a walk when I get home.
