    I did nothing yesterday - a friend rang on Tuesday and said could she come stay Wed night - so I cleaned the room in my exercise time. I did sweat!
    Today - 2kms in 22 min treadmill and 10 mins cycle for app 3 kms.

              Hey!

              Quick catch-up (is it just me, or is everyone else running around double time lately???)

              Tue - 40 min aerobics vid - "Keeping fit in your 50's
              Wed - 30 minute very brisk walk outside
              Today - 5K superfast walk outside

              Till tomorrow.....
              (Start -2/2) (Ramp -13/12) (Burn -13/22) (Jog - 110K) (147-4=143)
              Mini goal - look smashing in a swimsuit by April 1.
