I had a nice sleep in til 5.40 today! Then I felt so restless I went for a 40 min walk! I usually have Sunday off but my bod was saying exercise me! This from a former sloth. It's amazing!

Well, the guys overtook the TV today, so no video for me. I did get 6 miles in on the bike though!BARB

Was going to take a rest day today, but ended up doing 30 minutes of RIU with my DH, who wanted to try it! He wasn't very co-ordinated with the cardio part of it, but managed to complete the full 48 minutes, huffing and puffing of course!
He thought he could handle BIU, but I only put on RIU for him for a start!
