i THINK i HAVE SOME SERIOUS CATCHING UP TO DO - THINGS HAVE BEEN SO HECTIC i HAVEN'T POSTED, AND i'VE BEEN ILL - ALTHOUGH i THINK i'VE MANAGED TO KEEP UP WITH THE EXERCISE - oops, sorry about the caps lock! Anyway will go through fitday later and catch up and take my measurements - although I haven't been very good lately either
