    Announcing 6WEC#22 Top 3 & Slug Free Participants

    Those that reported their results lost a total of 160.8 inches and 84.6 pounds. Nice Job everyone!

    And the Top 3 of 6WEC#22 are:

    cruiser gal lost 17.5 inches and 6 pounds
    Nectar99 lost 18 inches and 8 pounds
    loriv19 lost 21.5 inches and 6 pounds

    Only 13 challengers were able to make it through the challenge slug free. We lost 16 out of 41 challengers due to them dropping or just not checking in anymore by the end of the challenge.

                      Thanks everyone. I had complete computer meltdown and finally I'm up and running this evening. I had a wonderful Christmas as I hope everyone else did as well. I'm ready to get back to the gym and get to work.

                          OMG, I can't believe it. It's only because of you that I was able to do what I did. This is very encouraging and now I can't wait to get back to the full exercise routine again. Thursday is the big day, service repair man comes to fix the tm. I hope it doesn't turn into a big deal.

                          I hope everyone enjoyed the holiday weekend.
