Hey!
It was a tough start this morning. Still sore from the last Vid (Strenght Training) but sucked it up and did the 40 min. Fit in 50's - aerobics.(Start -2/2) (Ramp -13/12) (Burn -13/22) (Jog - 110K) (147-4=143)
Mini goal - look smashing in a swimsuit by April 1.

I'm going to start up in this challenge again.
Ran 1 k on treadmill
cycled 10k on stationary bike.sigpic260/215/180 Male - 36 y/o
It never ceases to amaze me of how easy and how effective this ***diet*** is!!
I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!
