    Hope it's cool if I start this...

    48 minutes pilates and 20 crunches

    I was possessed by the exercise demon this morning and did the hard video and then most of the easy one and then my crunches. WooHoo! Go me!

    BFL Lower Body workout (dd has swimmer's ear, so no swim practice for her today = no elliptical workout for me )

      Okay I know I have not checked in since my sick day, but instead of finding all the days I did'nt post. I have not missed a day since then 30 mins pilates everyday
