              WOW! I need to check in for the past week or so, don't I. Catching up on stuff is hard work!

              Tues 1/3 - rest day
              Wed 1/4 - work out
              Thurs 1/5 - work out
              Friday 1/6 - rest
              Sat/Sun/Mon - rest
              Today - worked out

              Hopefully now that I'm back from my trip I can also get back on track!

                Rest day, I'm not feeling so good. Aching all over and headache that won't go away, I feel like a weighted down, bloated and aching mess. Maybe a sick day would be better.
