          Ran 5.7 miles walked 10 minutes then lifted weights for 1 hour OUCH

                OK, so I cleaned out my cupboards today – climbing up on a chair and back down again a few times. Walking up to the spare bedroom to hang up the winter clothes and waling back with the summer clothes.

                So, if this does not count as exercise, then put me down for a rest day!!! LOL

                    Yesterday - Pilates Sculpt Vid., 40 min.
                    Today the 7.5K gentle jog, 50 min.
                    (Start -2/2) (Ramp -13/12) (Burn -13/22) (Jog - 110K) (147-4=143)
                    Mini goal - look smashing in a swimsuit by April 1.
