    Hey!

    Was to be a rest day, however, the weather is absolutely crazy here....no snow and 47F! Yesterday it was like California here, 57F! Taking advantage before it is back to the deep freeze.



    7.5 gentle jog, 55 min.

    (Start -2/2) (Ramp -13/12) (Burn -13/22) (Jog - 110K) (147-4=143)
    Mini goal - look smashing in a swimsuit by April 1.

                Cardio. Although the cable guy did interrupt, so I'm waiting for him to leave so I can finish my abs. Grrr! And yet...yay for digital cable!
