    What wimps!! ;-) I went to fit TV and did THREE diffrent ten minute WARM UP'S not all at once, now try and keep up with that for a real challenge... LAUGH OUT LOUD. I really did do warm ups my goal is three to six days of that and then what ever I can add with out damage, Oh and I did keep moving (like most people are use to doing) for most of the day, I"ll pass out tonight LOL , Hugs to all of you ...Crunchie...

          30 minute run on the trampoline, 10 of those with 2lb weights.

          Tomorrow is the last day of bootcamp so I will post my measurments then.

            Hello Everyone! I just started posting on the boards a week ago. I'm looking forward to being on this excerise challenge with all of you. I really needed this to get me moving, especially since this is only my 2nd gym workout in 6 months.

            30 mins on elliptical - 2 miles
            50 mins on recumbent bike - 8 miles

            Okay, I may have been a little excited to start this challenge. I know I'm going to be feeling it tomorrow.

            1/11/06 SW: 263 - 65% Body Fat

            1/29/06 CW: 253 - 49% Body Fat
            GW: 130 - <20% B.F. - Look out Maui, here I come!

              Okay, that was totally depressing. I'm no longer that 34-26-36 I used to be 10 years ago. I have to keep telling myself that I'm on the right track. Think about what I can do to improve myself today and the future. Time to set some mini-goals.

                I'm spending my first day of exercise challege taking a <disgruntled> rest day. Sundays are impossible to get away from at home.

                I just did my regular everyday at home work of crunches, situps, stretches, and working with 6.6 lb weights.
