            I need to take sick days for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. My son gave me yet another viral cold, but this one morphed into an upper resp. infection, closely followed by bronchitis. Hopefully by Monday I will be back in the swing of things. This is kicking my butt all over the place.

                              Officially Re-Focusing on 12-28-09.

                              Was, Am, Will be: 280/222/175ish.
                              Started Dec 2005 and lost 105 lbs by mid 2006, maintained loss for the most part until 2009...then really let go & gained some back... lol

                              so:

                              01/11/10 ~ 229.0 Grrrrr....
                              (Induction= only 6lbs but lost 10 inches! yay)
