                    No formal exercise - rest day. I cooked Italian dinner for 10 people and am so proud to say I fixed Atkins friendly dishes for me and my father-in-law.

                        Ran on the treadmill for 1 hour 40 minutes, covered just shy of 10 miles.

                        I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!
