      Hey!

      7.5K in the snow. Slow going (1hr 10min) but quite the "winter wonderland".
      (Start -2/2) (Ramp -13/12) (Burn -13/22) (Jog - 110K) (147-4=143)
      Mini goal - look smashing in a swimsuit by April 1.

        one hour of Masala Bhangra dance (made me sweat!)
        30 minute body sculpting with Gilad (I like him better than Sharon Mann)
        Might go for a walk in the snow storm!!

              Dragged 3 children up a hill so they could slide down it for several hours <so far> this morning/afternoon.
              I'm glad I have spent so much time on that eliptical machine; I wouldn't have made it if I weren't prepared in that way!

                    70 minutes on treadmill (ran 3 miles walked 2)
                    80 crunchies
                    Started Atkins on December 8th, 2005

                    Officially Re-Focusing on 12-28-09.

                    Was, Am, Will be: 280/222/175ish.
                    Started Dec 2005 and lost 105 lbs by mid 2006, maintained loss for the most part until 2009...then really let go & gained some back... lol

                    so:

                    (Induction= only 6lbs but lost 10 inches! yay)
