I did 30 min of work out but I don't think I put enough in to it I am really sore from the water aerobics, I keep going though and hoping it won't hurt as bad...Crunchie
Playing catch-up today as I have been out of town for the weekend.
Friday. WATP 1 mile & 2 mile
Sat. Went for a walk with my DD around Arbor Lodge State Park. Next time we do that I will insist that it not be during a Midwest Winter. I MUST have burnt some cals. trying to keep warm.
Sun. WATP 1 mile before starting the 5 hour drive home. Kept me energized all the time I was driving.
Well now I have to catch up on what I missed. See ya around

Started Dec 2005 and lost 105 lbs by mid 2006, maintained loss for the most part until 2009...then really let go & gained some back... lol
