    15 mins rower for 2.1km.
    30 mins weight training
    5 mins elliptical trainer for 4.5km (I am trying to get my bad ankles and knees used to this, working up to 20 mins VERY gradually.)

      Burn it up! and 1 hour on stationary bike

                  Holy crow, I worked it today. Worked out with the school group that my kids work out.
                  1 hour of lifting, cardio, arobics, whooo

                  and on thurs and next tues I am the teacher. Fun fun,

                              30 minutes eliptical, 1 hour water aerobics.
                              Started Atkins on December 8th, 2005

                              Officially Re-Focusing on 12-28-09.

                              Was, Am, Will be: 280/222/175ish.
                              Started Dec 2005 and lost 105 lbs by mid 2006, maintained loss for the most part until 2009...then really let go & gained some back... lol

                              so:

                              01/11/10 ~ 229.0 Grrrrr....
                              (Induction= only 6lbs but lost 10 inches! yay)
