    Wow, nobody started this today? Or did I just miss it??

    1 mile walk with the dog today.

    OK, just added 20 ball pushups and 10 lat pull downs per the Chirpractor. Those suckers hurt!

                just now posting but ran 3 mi on treadmill-10 stability ball push ups-100 situps and cleaned this house.

                      40 minutes eliptical on "forrest stroll" level 3

                      10 minutes bike

                      20 minutes weight reisitance machines


                      Donating blood has always been a priority... and a problem for me. The cuff never wants to take my stats, so it's embaressing for me and a pain in the behind for the personel. Today it went through without a hitch. My BP was 122/80, down from 144/92 8 weeks ago. The usual stopper for me giving is my pulse rate. It was typically between 100-110. Today it was 94! I feel so good!
