        Start it Up, Sharon Mann's ball workout from Fit TV (trying out my new toy!), and Slim & Limber. About an hour total.

            Walked 2 miles, 1 mile at a time. Ball pushups, lat pull downs.

              30 min on treadmill (ran @ 5.0), 30 min on eliptical (@ level 10).
              *singing "getting stronger..."
              Started Atkins on December 8th, 2005

              Officially Re-Focusing on 12-28-09.

              Was, Am, Will be: 280/222/175ish.
              Started Dec 2005 and lost 105 lbs by mid 2006, maintained loss for the most part until 2009...then really let go & gained some back... lol

              so:

              (Induction= only 6lbs but lost 10 inches! yay)

                Rest Day if you could call it that...I was at my DD softball park where I cooked and cleaned in the concession stand pretty much all day. It was very busy and crazy for the most part.

                  today 40 min (ALL AT ONCE LOL) on the treadmill not running but a brisk walk and I am stronger...Crunchie
