    We've started into the last week of 6WEC#24 so it's time to get ready for the next challenge.

    6WEC#25 begins on Sunday, March 12th and runs through Saturday, April 22nd.

    Sign up!
    #1. Tell us how many days a week you plan to exercise.
    #2. Make a note of your beginning measurements. You do not have to post them here if you aren't comfortable doing that. Just be sure to write them down someplace safe to compare with your measurements at the end of the challenge. Click here for a picture that shows you where to measure.

    -Under arms, around chest
    -Fullest part of chest
    -Ribcage
    -Waist
    -Hips
    -Upper arm x 2
    -Thigh x 2
    -Weight

    Don't forget to check in!
    #1. Look for the thread each day in this forum. It will be titled something like "6WEC#25, Week 1, Day 1, March 12th."
    #2. Tell us whether you exercised, took a rest day or a sick day, or slugged it.

    *If you do not check in for 14 days in a row you will be sent a PM on this board. If i don't hear from you within a week you will be removed from the chart.

    Win something!
    #1. The 3 who lose the most will earn a ribbon. Its determined first by inches and then by pounds.
    #2. Those who complete all 6 weeks of the challenge without getting slugged will earn a slug free button. Sick days do not count as slugs.

    I'm back in finally. I'm pledging 3 days a week but I really hope to be able to do more. Gotta lose as many inches and pounds as possible before I fly up to Washington for a wedding the first part of June.

    Here's my measurements:

    39.75 in - Under arms, around chest
    43 in - Fullest part of chest
    36 in - Ribcage
    40 in - Waist
    52 in - Hips
    14.5 in x 2 - Upper arms
    32 in x 2 - Thighs
    236.4 lbs - Weight

      Hey!

      Don't know what I would do without you guys to motivate me ..........probably turn into a HUGE GREEN SLUG!!!!!

      Put me down for 4/7 please.

      BTW, thank you for the work you put into keeping this challenge going.....folks like me really appreciate your efforts. .

            I am going to try this again, as I have been exercising pretty regularly and hope to continue the trend.

            Put me down for 3/7...I hopefully plan on doing more, but if life gets in the way, that way I'll at least have gotten down the weekly workouts. Or in case it rains a whole bunch, seeing as I exercise almost exclusively outside.

                Okay I feel off the wagon last time, but I intend to stick with it this time. But this time I am making my goal realistic Three days a week 1 hour so I can start to get in a regular habbit. I do not check in as odten as should so do not erase me from the list so soon this time please.

                    I'm in again. This last 6 week challenge has been such a motivator. I've been off the atkins wagon for the last week, boy am I feeling it! Started back again today on induction *sigh*. I will measure saturday for the last day of the 6wec #24 and post on on the first day of #25.

                      Well count me in again, this challenge has definitely kept me motivated to go to the gym but I have problem with eatting so the changes I should have seen should be greater due the amount of excercise I have been doing someone please help me as far as the induction phase goes, b/c I have the excercise thing going. count me in for 5/7 days.
