                Hey!

                All I managed today was to slide in a 30 minute brisk walk.
                Hopefully tomorrow I will be able to steal a bit more time.
                (Start -2/2) (Ramp -13/12) (Burn -13/22) (Jog - 110K) (147-4=143)
                Mini goal - look smashing in a swimsuit by April 1.

                  did 1 hour of an interval class today... and it kicked my bootie!!!
                  Started Atkins on December 8th, 2005

                  Officially Re-Focusing on 12-28-09.

                  Was, Am, Will be: 280/222/175ish.
                  Started Dec 2005 and lost 105 lbs by mid 2006, maintained loss for the most part until 2009...then really let go & gained some back... lol

                  so:
                  Restart Progress:
                  12/28/09 ~ 235.1
                  01/04/10 ~ 229.0
                  01/11/10 ~ 229.0 Grrrrr....
                  (Induction= only 6lbs but lost 10 inches! yay)
                  01/18/10 ~ 227.4
                  01/5/10 ~ 226.8
                  02/01/10 ~ 222.6

                        Walked the dog. Not as far as usual. Still having back pain. Off to the doctor this afternoon.
