Officially Re-Focusing on 12-28-09.
Was, Am, Will be: 280/222/175ish.
Started Dec 2005 and lost 105 lbs by mid 2006, maintained loss for the most part until 2009...then really let go & gained some back... lol

As much as it hurts to blow it this close to a "SLUG" free Challenge, I blew it today. Don't know what seems to be the matter, maybe this move is more stressful than I am willing to admit.......but I just simply did not have the will/energy to muster the effort.
So, SLUG me,
As for tomorrow, I know that I will not have the time to do formal exercises, what with the moving van arriving at 8:00 am, however, I am claiming, in advance, an upperbody workout ..... hauling boxes up and down stairs should just about do it for me!
