I wish I could have gotten more improved measurments for my arms and thighs. I just have that hanging skin problem, my doctor has told me I resemble a gastric bypass patient due to the quick initial gain, but that's a long story that doesn't belong on this thread. Question: arms n tights do we total per arm. so a 2 inch loss each = 4? or 2.

.I have lost four pounds and eight inches over all for me that is a lot and even with this little amount I feel a thousand percent better... Crunchie now if I could just get my water up there LOL316/285/ soon 150
