Treadmill 24 min (3.0 walking 20 min., 4 min jogging) Thought I would die with only 4 min jogging

35 minute walk, about 1.9 miles.
What is WATP?Female / Currently on Extended Induction (again), begun 6/2/08.
I did Extended Induction from 1/3 to 5/9 (2006) and lost 55 pounds, so I know I can do it again!

30 minute eliptical on forrest stroll level 2
20 minutes treadmill for a little over a mile
10 minutes bike
an hour of walking this whole area with my son- don't know how far exactly, but it was fun
