    Hey!

    No, I did not dissapear into a Black Box ......have been laid-up.

    Did a long jog on Sunday, 9K, and have been nursing a very very sore R hip ever since.........I think that with lugging boxes and running up and down stairs a kazillion times, plus the 9K, I seriously over did things. Dumkopff!!!!!And since that is the new hip I have decided to let it rest until it is no longer tender. This morning it is still sore just walking around the house. Will see how things are tomorrow.
    (Start -2/2) (Ramp -13/12) (Burn -13/22) (Jog - 110K) (147-4=143)
    Mini goal - look smashing in a swimsuit by April 1.

      What is WATP?
      Female / Currently on Extended Induction (again), begun 6/2/08.

      I did Extended Induction from 1/3 to 5/9 (2006) and lost 55 pounds, so I know I can do it again!

        WATP = Walk Away The Pounds. Lots of folks have reported great success with this series!

        As for me, I completed 35 minutes of walking around my hilly neighborhood while pushing my babe in the stroller. That makes four days of activity for me already this week, twice my normal level!

          1 hour 20 minutes, eliptical, bike and weights. 120 crunches and 40 push ups.

                          WATP-As much of the 2 mile walk I can complete. I know I can make it to the 1 mile marker. Trying for the 1 and 3/4 marker.
