      Hey!

      I am also logging in for Friday.

      I managed a 30 min brisk walk....hurray for me! Not my usual level of effort, however, I am just so happy to be moving again!
      (Start -2/2) (Ramp -13/12) (Burn -13/22) (Jog - 110K) (147-4=143)
      Mini goal - look smashing in a swimsuit by April 1.

          1 hour 20 minutes, elipitical/bike. Push ups/crunches.

            30 min threadmill
            20 min elliptical.

            Today there was free lunch at office. Ate a cup of chinese Orange chicken.
            Feeling guilty because there sure was sugar in it.
            Need to do some more workout today to get over the guilt feeling.
