      30 min stationary bike, should be doing elliptical or weights later.

        I need to update for a few days. I've been offline as my 4 mo. old puppy decided to chew my laptop cord in half (luckily she yanked it out of the wall first).

                    2 mile walk, 34 minutes.
                    Female / Currently on Extended Induction (again), begun 6/2/08.

                    I did Extended Induction from 1/3 to 5/9 (2006) and lost 55 pounds, so I know I can do it again!
