March 24th - rest day
March 25th - rest day
March 26th - walked 1 mile, 50 crunches
March 27th - walked 5 miles/53 minutes, 100 crunches, bicep curls, and 3 sets of squats.

Hey!
Last few days have been crazy, but I am back, and need to do a catch-up:
March 22 - Wed - Gentle Jog 5K, walk 20 min.
March 23 - Thur - Gentle Jog 5K, walk 20 min.
March 24 - Fri - Out of Order! Don't know which was worse.....the purple toe (hammered it into my bed side chair in the dead of night...now that was an instant wake up call!) or the "sugar-alcohol trots"....never knew that a few mints could be so deadly!
March 25 - Sat - Gentle Jog 5K, walk 20 min. The toe still resembling a purple plum hanging off my foot, but manageble bare foot or in my runners.
March 22 - Sun - Gentle Jog 5K, walk 20 min.
Rest Day today.(Start -2/2) (Ramp -13/12) (Burn -13/22) (Jog - 110K) (147-4=143)
Mini goal - look smashing in a swimsuit by April 1.

Went to the gym for cardio/scupting
Mini Goal #1 I hope to reach by April 1st.
Personal Challenge: Complete 36 days of Slim in 6 by April 25th. I have completed 4 days as of March 20th.
