The day was so beautiful I opted to not go to the gym. I passed up a perfectly good riding mower and went and bought a new push mower; I then spent 4 hours mowing and using the weed eater.

Someone in the apartment building has been painting the past couple of days. Having to deal with the paint smell has left me with headaches and sort of feeling sick to my stomach so I'm claiming "sick" days for Wed and Thur.

Looks like I forgot to post on the 25th. Can I still post my exercise late?

March 28: 100 crunches
March 29: 4.5 miles...half jogged, half walked...50 crunches.
March 30: total slug day, unless teetering in heels counts.
March 31: 4.5 miles walked...100 crunches, 3 sets of squats, 3 sets of bicep curls. (I'm in an earlier time zone but I can try to repost tomorrow if necessary.)
