10 minutes on "lateral thigh trainer", 20 minutes on ski machine.Female / Currently on Extended Induction (again), begun 6/2/08.
I did Extended Induction from 1/3 to 5/9 (2006) and lost 55 pounds, so I know I can do it again!
The reason I quit...
