  • 6WEC#25, Week 5, Day 7, Sat, April 15th

Laid landscaping fabric and plastic in all the flower beds, and unloaded an entire trailer load of mulch scoop by scoop with a hay fork. The sciatic on my right side is killing me, but it was so worth it.

          2 mile brisk walk
Female / Currently on Extended Induction (again), begun 6/2/08.

I did Extended Induction from 1/3 to 5/9 (2006) and lost 55 pounds, so I know I can do it again!

          The reason I quit...
