      Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
      Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!

      F/60 yrs/5ft 5.5" (Though due to collapsing vertebrae I am now only 5'3" - but I refuse to recalculate my BMI )

          Hi there Skyye! Thanks so much for letting me in on the fun. I plan to work out 5 days a week. I took my measurements this morning with the exception of weight which I take on Saturday Mornings:

          -Under arms, around chest : 33"
          -Fullest part of chest : 36.5"
          -Ribcage : 30"
          -Waist : 29"
          -Hips : 38"
          -Upper arm x 2 : R:11.5" L: 11.25"
          -Thigh x 2 : both = 24"
          -Weight : 160 pounds

          I worked out Sunday, Monday but rested on Tuesday this week so far!

              Is anyone else having trouble getting to the chart??? I'm just too lazy to go back through the posts to be sure I haven't missed a day!!! Thought the chart would make it easy but I can't seem to get in....

                  Thanks Skyye! I'm missing Thursday the 27th. Will have to go back and see what I was doing that day. If nothing, it'll be a rest day as I'd already met my quota!

                      Well I measured and here are the results
                      -Under arms, around chest was 34.5" now is 34" : -.5"
                      -Fullest part of chest was 39" : not changed
                      -Ribcage was 32.5" now is 32" : -.5"
                      -Waist was 33" : not changed
                      -Hips was 40" now is 39.5" : -.5"
                      -Upper arm x 2 : both were 11" : not changed but I am sure I see more definition
                      -Thigh x 2 : both were 20" now both are 19" : -1" x 2 = 2"
                      -Weight was 140 pounds : not changed

                      So a net result of -3.5" and no pounds.

                        I don't know if this is the right place for it, but just so i have it recorded

                        -Under arms, around chest- 37 from 40
                        -Fullest part of chest- 41.5 from 42.5
                        -Ribcage- 33.75 from 35.5
                        -Waist- 32.5 from 34.25
                        -Hips- 39 from 40
                        -Upper arm x 2- R 11.25 from 11.5, R 11 from 11.5
                        -Thigh x 2- R 22.75 from 23.5, L 22.75 from 23.5
                        -Weight- 156 from 165

                        I'm down 10.75 inches and 9 pounds, not too shabby

                          Guess what - I had forgotten that I put my stats into www.mybodycomp.com before I started going to the gym so I just entered my June 4th numbers in to find
                          My lean body mass has gone up 5.77 pounds and my fat mass gone down by the same amount.
