    I hope I started this right!

    Resistance Band exercises - upper and lower body

    Abdominal routine-obliques, reverse crunches, bicycle, double crunch, regular.

    (I don't know if that counts for exercise) but i'm
    hopefully heading to the gym tomorrow

        Elliptical and bike and weights. Walked the dog around the block, that did my back in! Sheesh!

            I'm posting this a day late but I walked 45 minutes in my neighborhood. Not sure of distance - would have to drive it to know - but I worked up a decent sweat so it must have burned a couple of calories at least!

              sorry, I realized after i posted a new thread that everyone was posting thier's in here.


              I walked for 30 minutes on my treadmill, did 25 sit ups, and 25 leg ups.
              Goal Date July 05, 2007















              My mini goal reached by September 30,2006

                rest day
                Female / Currently on Extended Induction (again), begun 6/2/08.

                I did Extended Induction from 1/3 to 5/9 (2006) and lost 55 pounds, so I know I can do it again!

                          I did my hour today!
                          149.8/no weigh/ 119



                          1st goal: 139 (earlier weight)
                          what the rungs mean to me:
                          rung 1 - more veggies
                          rung 2 - dairy (some milk in coffee)
                          rung 3 - seeds, nuts (mostly sprinkled on salads)
                          rung 4 - berries, melon
                          rung 5 - wine -
                          rung 6 - beans, hummus
                          rung 7 - other fruits
                          rung 8 - carrots/ potatoes (nah, prolly not)
                          rung 9 - whole grains (fresh Dutch breads...)
                          Major Goal - 128 lbs/ healthy range
                          (on to pre-maintenance)
