    I'll be travelling out of town to a baby shower today, so give me a rest day

    Sick day for me. Feeling sort of sick to my stomach again. Sure hope that stomach bug from last week isn't coming back to get me again.

      Just got back from doing 30 minutes swimming!!

            3.5 mile walk. Whew... A little yard work too.

            1st goal: 139 (earlier weight)
            what the rungs mean to me:
            rung 1 - more veggies
            rung 2 - dairy (some milk in coffee)
            rung 3 - seeds, nuts (mostly sprinkled on salads)
            rung 4 - berries, melon
            rung 5 - wine -
            rung 6 - beans, hummus
            rung 7 - other fruits
            rung 8 - carrots/ potatoes (nah, prolly not)
            rung 9 - whole grains (fresh Dutch breads...)
            Major Goal - 128 lbs/ healthy range
            (on to pre-maintenance)

                  Haha! That's funny cause I was thinking the same thing! By the way, your baby is so precious. What a beautiful mouth she has!

                        Sunday....well, after church we tilled up the yard for a veggie garden and continued working in the flower gardens. It wasn't a huge amount of exercise, but it was exercise....using my arms legs, etc.

                            I don't know whether to call this a rest day or a sick day. I felt sick, but better than Saturday, and I probably could've forced myself to go walking.
                            Female / Currently on Extended Induction (again), begun 6/2/08.

                            I did Extended Induction from 1/3 to 5/9 (2006) and lost 55 pounds, so I know I can do it again!
