  • 6WEC#26, Week 2, Day 3, Tuesday, May 2nd

    The BEST 2 mile walk.

    What a gorgeous day!

I found some wild violets along my path and brought a couple home to transplant. I saw 15 turtles sunning themselves on logs in a stream. So many birds, chipmunks, ducks, geese. It was the best!
Female / Currently on Extended Induction (again), begun 6/2/08.

I did Extended Induction from 1/3 to 5/9 (2006) and lost 55 pounds, so I know I can do it again!

    The reason I quit...

Not such a nice day weather-wize over here but I did go to the club tonight and did 40 minutes 'legs, bums and tums' exercising followed by a 20 minute stretching class.
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?

Walked just under two miles today. A pittance compared to yesterday but I actually feel good, did not cry on the way home, and do not have to take painkillers - a great day!

Had an emotional day. Sick of going to the gym and doing the same thing everyday. If spending the entire day and evening painting the bathroom counts, then i'm in. The painting soothes me.

That sounds wonderful - if only that feeling could be bottled! But then, it wouldn't be as special I guess. My neighborhood is too urban for things like that though I did accidentally bring home violets in some plants a friend was dividing. They're everywhere now - spread overnight those things do!

Well on Tuesday I was at the doctors with my daughter to get an MRI and then we went to Wal-Mart and Lowe's and home late, and then loaded lumber to use in my garden...no scheduled exercise, but a lot of walking all the same....count it as rest day or exercise...whatever you think will work.
