Various weights/sets/machines for about an hour then 20 minutes on the treadmill and 5 mins (all I could manage) on the cross trainer followed by a short swim (120 metres) to wind down!!

Housework, followed by walking, then hauling stuff back and forth to the van while at the softball field...LOL....but I'll just count the walking 45 min
