    2 mile walk
    Female / Currently on Extended Induction (again), begun 6/2/08.

    I did Extended Induction from 1/3 to 5/9 (2006) and lost 55 pounds, so I know I can do it again!

    The reason I quit...

    Got in a Salsa Class. Not very good at it, but it is a work out.
    149.8/no weigh/ 119



    1st goal: 139 (earlier weight)
    what the rungs mean to me:
    rung 1 - more veggies
    rung 2 - dairy (some milk in coffee)
    rung 3 - seeds, nuts (mostly sprinkled on salads)
    rung 4 - berries, melon
    rung 5 - wine -
    rung 6 - beans, hummus
    rung 7 - other fruits
    rung 8 - carrots/ potatoes (nah, prolly not)
    rung 9 - whole grains (fresh Dutch breads...)
    Major Goal - 128 lbs/ healthy range
    (on to pre-maintenance)

      20 minutes treadmill

      30 minutes elliptical

      10 minutes bike

      20 minutes weights

        Walked 30 minutes.

            I walked today. Hoping to get time for the gym before the week is out - burns more calories!

                Wed was another rest day. Had to take Catie for her four month check up in the morning(she's 14lbs 9oz and 24.5 in long!) and then hung out with the inlaws most of the day because our apartment got exterminated. We also took Catie to get her pictures made again. She was just too cute!
