  • 6WEC#26, Week 3, Day 5, Thursday, May 11th

    2 mile walk in the rain. Was quite nice and peaceful.
    Female / Currently on Extended Induction (again), begun 6/2/08.

    I did Extended Induction from 1/3 to 5/9 (2006) and lost 55 pounds, so I know I can do it again!

    The reason I quit...

    Did a great morning work out class.
    149.8/no weigh/ 119



    1st goal: 139 (earlier weight)
    what the rungs mean to me:
    rung 1 - more veggies
    rung 2 - dairy (some milk in coffee)
    rung 3 - seeds, nuts (mostly sprinkled on salads)
    rung 4 - berries, melon
    rung 5 - wine -
    rung 6 - beans, hummus
    rung 7 - other fruits
    rung 8 - carrots/ potatoes (nah, prolly not)
    rung 9 - whole grains (fresh Dutch breads...)
    Major Goal - 128 lbs/ healthy range
    (on to pre-maintenance)

      Did some gardening this morning - trying to beat the rain. Will be going to the gym later on if time allows. If not, crunches will be done at home!

                    an hour and a half in the gym tonight.

                    I am amazed to find I really like doing it too!! Who would have thought it??

                      Awww Skyye!! Lookit that baby girl! She is gorgeous!!

                      I am still fighting this sinus infection/head cold. Saw the trainer today, he sent me home and back to bed. So sick days for the last couple days since I checked in last. This illness has hung around for a week already! Geez!
