    2 mile walk
    Female / Currently on Extended Induction (again), begun 6/2/08.

    I did Extended Induction from 1/3 to 5/9 (2006) and lost 55 pounds, so I know I can do it again!

    The reason I quit...

        I'm still alive... been out of town and otherwise incredibly busy. Haven't had any gym days, but have still been very active. I'm hoping things will somewhat return to normal on Monday... (I hope).

            time for me to play catch up a bit...

            Wed & Thu were rest days
            Fri walking all over the place in search of something to wear to a wedding with no luck
            Sat more walking at the mall and I finally found something

              Well, I knew this was going to happen.
              SLUG ME!
              Spent the day laying in the sun and enjoying the neigbors pool. Oh well. It was worth it!

                    1st goal: 139 (earlier weight)
                    what the rungs mean to me:
                    rung 1 - more veggies
                    rung 2 - dairy (some milk in coffee)
                    rung 3 - seeds, nuts (mostly sprinkled on salads)
                    rung 4 - berries, melon
                    rung 5 - wine -
                    rung 6 - beans, hummus
                    rung 7 - other fruits
                    rung 8 - carrots/ potatoes (nah, prolly not)
                    rung 9 - whole grains (fresh Dutch breads...)
                    Major Goal - 128 lbs/ healthy range
                    (on to pre-maintenance)

                          Saturday 20th was a rest day for me!
