About 1.2 miles walking, MUCH faster than usual. I got a call in the middle of the walk and had to cut it short, but it was still a great workout. Did a ton of manual labor here at home afterward (LOTS of lifting and moving), so I think it all evened out in the end.
Female / Currently on Extended Induction (again), begun 6/2/08.
I did Extended Induction from 1/3 to 5/9 (2006) and lost 55 pounds, so I know I can do it again!
