I started out at the gym. 25 minutes of cardio and 40 minutes of circuit training.
Then I got this bright idea to ride my bike to my son's baseball game. Not bad 3.5 miles there, 20 minutes. Took a slightly different route back. 3.8 miles back took me 30 minutes! OMG against the wind the whole way!! I was lucky to get to 8mph! Excuse me while I go COLLAPSE!

Hi Skyye and gang! I am back from vacation and pleased to report that I kept up with my exercise commitment (withthe exception of two horrendous sick days...but that's a whole other story!)...I had lots of stair climbing, jogging and walking on the beach, sightseeing, stroller pushing, swimming....you name it! I lost a pound on vacation so I know I got in plenty!
Will you log me in for exercise on Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Thursday & Friday. Sick on Tuesday & Wednesday. Rest for today and tomorrow. I will be back in here and ready to run on Monday! Have a great weekend!!
