    10 minutes stretching and hand weights

    Did 2 mile Leslie Sansone tape this morning.

    Also, I impressed myself by doing an additional tape last night even though I had already worked out in the morning.

    Getting very motivated.

    UPDATE: ALSO did the Leslie Sansone 3 mile tape last night...WOO HOO for me!!!

                  1 hr and a half bike ride. Burned 1200 calories going 5 miles!

                        WAS going to take day off, BUT son's school family field day & picnic changed that.

                        Played 10 min of capture the flag on a large field.
                        Throw in 30+ flights stairs & 30 min lawn watering by hand.

                        2 Ab Chal's; 6WEC#27 slug-Free; & more; 50# LOST in'06-
                        but regained ~20# in '07 in less than 3 weeks! And again early '08 ...Was in HEAVEN -got to 150, for awhile, then got too busy, and gave in too much... and... OK holding pattern "keep it together..."
