    3 miles of walking for me.

    And every day includes 200 situps, 25 push ups, 200 inner thigh squeezes (using Pilates Circle), 75 upper arm squeezes (using Pilates Circle), 25 triceps, and 50 bridges (works butt and hamstrings).
