    it is 4:30 and i can't believe nobody has started a thread. sorry if i missed it!

    biked today for 51 minutes and washed my nasty truck!

    Just got back from the gym. I kept putting it off, almost talked myself out of it, cuz ........ well...... it was gonna rain? LOL.
    Anyway, bike, elliptical and lower body workout and abs.

                Okay, I don't know if this counts, but I stood on my feet for about 6 hours today. I took care of 5 children under 5 years old. I am exhausted and feel like I worked out ALL day long. Anyway, this will be a rest day for me as I will make it up on Saturday. I was supposed to have walked/jogged 2 miles today. I will make this up on Saturday! Not sure if this is okay or if this will be a slug day for me Sorry if I am babbling! Good-night!

                      22 flights stairs and a 1-1/2 hour struggle with a Saws-All, a drill and 10 metal shelf track rods, and the disrepaired, disassembled 10'x10' folding frame for the canopy I want on the beach in 1-1/2 weeks.
