        Let me know if this is not how I am supposed to do this.

        Exercise for the first week of challange (before I joined-didn't have a good week)

        Monday-1 hour jogging/running/walking
        Tuesday-off
        Wednesday-1 hour jogging/running/walking
        Thursday-off
        Friday-1 hour jogging/running/walking
        Sat-sun-no exercise


        This week:

        SUN-TUES-No exercise
        Wednesday, week 2, day 3: Walking for one hour and 1 hour mowing the lawn.
        SW 186
        CW 186
        GW 130

        Goal: To become healthy to feel good about myself both body and mind. To be accountable/honset with myself and no longer wait for tomorrow to loose weight to start today for the rest of my life.

                          30 min. mowing with 1950's rotary blade push mower, about 20 flights stairs, and completed recontruction of the 10'x10' tent. (It was a curbside find with 9 broken connections - fixed for unde $30)

                          but regained ~20# in '07 in less than 3 weeks! And again early '08 ...Was in HEAVEN -got to 150, for awhile, then got too busy, and gave in too much... and... OK holding pattern "keep it together..."
