      Gotta take a rest day today because my back is a bit sore. Only thing I can figure is I musta been a little over zealous with my kicking dring yesterday's WATP vid. Heh

        My legs kill from all that jumping yesterday, so today I switched to weights.

          24 flights stairs so far today. Tonight will be placing paving rocks for the new walk, placing sod between, and watering the yard.

          but regained ~20# in '07 in less than 3 weeks! And again early '08 ...Was in HEAVEN -got to 150, for awhile, then got too busy, and gave in too much... and... OK holding pattern "keep it together..."

            Rest day here! Though I have done a few of the pilates movements I learned yesterday just to see if I can!

                Walked/Jog 2.5 miles in 35 minutes.

                    Rented a Rug Doctor and shampooed every carpet in this house- I didn't anticipate it, but I sweated more today than on that 3 mile walk the other day.
