24 flights stairs so far today. Tonight will be placing paving rocks for the new walk, placing sod between, and watering the yard.~Susan

but regained ~20# in '07 in less than 3 weeks! And again early '08
...Was in HEAVEN -got to 150, for awhile, then got too busy, and gave in too much... and... OK holding pattern "keep it together..."

Rest day here! Though I have done a few of the pilates movements I learned yesterday just to see if I can!Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?

Rented a Rug Doctor and shampooed every carpet in this house- I didn't anticipate it, but I sweated more today than on that 3 mile walk the other day.23 yrs female 5'9"

Moved almost every piece of moveable furniture in my apartment, hung pictures, did some major yard work.
