    Walked 2 miles/30 minutes

    Circuit Training/30 minutes

    Ab work 10 minutes
    5'5" Female

              but regained ~20# in '07 in less than 3 weeks! And again early '08 ...Was in HEAVEN -got to 150, for awhile, then got too busy, and gave in too much... and... OK holding pattern "keep it together..."
