                    went to the zoo... actually jogged in jeans in 95 degree weather after the kids.

                      Walked for EVER at the campground to and from camper to playground, swam for 3 hours with kids, walked some more...sweated it out in 95 degree weather.

                        Man was it HOT!! Did 3 loads laundry (involves ~12 flights stairs plus folding / putting away), watered entire yard, leveled paving stones & planted sod in walkway, placed a few rocks in rockwall.

                        but regained ~20# in '07 in less than 3 weeks! And again early '08 ...Was in HEAVEN -got to 150, for awhile, then got too busy, and gave in too much... and... OK holding pattern "keep it together..."
