    Sat & Sun - Rest... going back and forth to midland hospital to visit dad
    Mon - house cleaning and then goin to visit dad later this afternoon

      Goal: To become healthy to feel good about myself both body and mind. To be accountable/honset with myself and no longer wait for tomorrow to loose weight to start today for the rest of my life.

          Weights followed by 30 minutes cardio on the elliptical and treadmill!
