        OMG, I can't sit in this chair one minute longer! I'm going to be bustin my a** when I get home with all this pent up energy! Plans include several more flights stairs, rounding up stuff for the beach, and if it isn't raining, some more yard work.

        but regained ~20# in '07 in less than 3 weeks! And again early '08 ...Was in HEAVEN -got to 150, for awhile, then got too busy, and gave in too much... and... OK holding pattern "keep it together..."

                    Thoroughly detailed car interior: 2 hours spent in all removing contents, vacuuming, damp dusting, repacking & adding beach gear from the basement.

                        Walked about 1 mile with kids, stoller, and lamb. FUN FUN FUN.

                        Then, came in and did Leslie Sansone 2 mile tape.

                          4.5 miles total yesterday, plus 1 hour of exercises (30 minutes morning, 30 minutes night). The walking was split up into 2 15-minute walks to and from work and about 45 minutes at lunch.
