              Walked/Jog 2 miles/28 minutes

              Walked another 5 minutes/Cool down

              40 minutes of cicuit training and ab work

                I did 15 minutes on the treadmill yesterday and I've lost 5 inches in 3 days!! Yeah!!!
                Start date: 02/20/08
                Start weight: 215 or around there somewhere(my biggest ever!!)
                Current weight: 215 or around there somewhere
                Goal weight: 125





                I can do ALL things through CHRIST which strengthens me!!!

                Mini-Goal: 200 by March 10th

                  2 Ab Chal's; 6WEC#27 slug-Free; & more; 50# LOST in'06-
                  but regained ~20# in '07 in less than 3 weeks! And again early '08 ...Was in HEAVEN -got to 150, for awhile, then got too busy, and gave in too much... and... OK holding pattern "keep it together..."

                  .................OMG how did I fail AGAIN
